Cold therapy ~ freeze for at least 2 hours.
Heat therapy ~ heat in microwave for specified time.
Suggested heating time for [1] one Thera°Pearl® Eye Mask
700 watts ~ 15 seconds
1000 watts ~ 12 seconds
1250 watts ~ 10 seconds
Clean eye mask gently with mild soap.
Cold therapy ~ freeze for at least 2 hours.
