Directions: Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: For external use only. Spray thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day. Allow a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications. Close cap tightly after use. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not:

- tightly bandage or apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.

Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. - you experience weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, discoloured skin, or any other unusual symptom
- symptoms worsen or re-occur within a few days. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Call a Poison Control Centre immediately if overdose or accidental ingestion occurs. FLAMMABLE: DO NOT:
