Directions: daily hygiene: spray once into each nostril, 1 to 3 times daily. Rinsing: when more secretions are present, use 2 or 3 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times daily. Wait about 30 seconds before blowing out liquid.
Directions of use: wipe the tip with a clean tissue or rinse with water before and after use. If possible, gently blow your nose to clear out mucus before using product. Standing in front of a wash basin or sink, bend yourself forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down to the left. Place the tip of the applicator at the base of the upper right nostril. Do not insert the tip/applicator more than 1/4 inch into the nostril. Press/squeeze gently to dispense spray/solution. Avoid swallowing the liquid as much as possible.
Follow the same procedure in the left upper nostril after tilting head to the right. Blow or wipe the nose after use.
Store at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C. Keep cap tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place.
