This combo pack includes 10 day caplets formulated with 500 mg of extra strength Acetaminophen for effective pain relief and 15 mg of Dextromethorphan HBr cough suppressant to help calm your cough and 10 night caplets with additional Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an effective antihistamine to help relieve your runny nose. This extra-strength cold relief medicine is available over the counter and can be used by adults as well as children 12 years and older. Take 1-2 Daytime OR Nighttime caplets every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed a combined total of any 8 Daytime or Nighttime caplets in 24 hours.

- with other drugs containing acetaminophen
- while drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day. Symptoms of liver damage may include:
- yellow skin or eyes
- dark urine
- sweating
- nausea
- vomiting
- stomach pain
- unusual tiredness
- loss of appetite.
ALLERGY ALERT: Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions.
Symptoms may include:
- skin reddening
- blisters
- rash. IF ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS OCCUR, STOP USE AND SEEK MEDICAL HELP RIGHT AWAY.
DO NOT USE

- alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
- avoid alcoholic drinks.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- pain lasts for more than five (5) days
- fever lasts for more than three (3) days
- sore throat lasts for more than 2 days
- symptoms worsen, last for more than a week or are accompanied by a high fever (>38℃), the production of thick yellow/green phlegm or a persistent headache
- allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching develop. Side effects may include: allergic reaction, breathing difficulties, convulsions, drowsiness, hallucinations, and rapid heart rate
- you develop a fever, rash, or a headache that won't go away.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Use only on advice of a doctor. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away. Quick medical attention is critical even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
