Simple Directions
Adults and children 6 years and older: Use once daily after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Swish approximately 10 mL of rinse vigorously around and between the teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat, drink or rinse with water for 30 minutes after use. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Consult a dentist / doctor / physician / health care practitioner / health care provider / health care professional before using in children under 6 years of age. Use as a part of an oral health program that includes regular flossing and dental check-ups.
