DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash hands before use.
2. Roll and compress ear plug into the smallest diameter possible.
3. Insert tapered end quickly into ear canal and hold ear plug until fully expanded Insertion may be easier if other hand is opening ear canal by reaching behind the head and pulling top of ear.
4. To remove, gently twist and pull ear plug out of ear canal.
