INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD PACK UTILISATION
1) Place the reusable pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour;
2) Remove the reusable pack from the freezer, wrap in a dry towel and apply to injured area;
3) After use, place the reusable pack in the freezer for future use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT PACK UTILISATION
1) Boil water and remove from heat;
2) Place the reusable pack in hot water for 8 to 10 minutes;
3) Remove the reusable pack from water, wrap in a towel and apply on the injured area;
4) After utilisation, let the reusable pack cool and place it back in the freezer for future utilisation.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS
Leave the reusable pack flat in the micro- wave and heat at full power (750 watts) for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and check temperature. Please note that temperature should continue to rise slightly after heating stopped. If additional heat is required, return to the microwave and heat in 15 seconds increments. Once desired temperature is reached, wrap the reusable pack in a towel and apply on the injured area. After 1 hour, the reusable pack may be heated again in 15 seconds increments. Do not heat the reusable pack in the microwave for more than 30 seconds at any time. Excessive heating may cause packaging rupture and gel leakage.
