To determine proper size, measure the circumference of the wrist.

Adjustment: insert the thumb into the loop and adjust until the two stabilizers immobilize the thumb. Wrap the support around the wrist. Adjust tension by properly attaching the Velcro® strap. Attach the small Velcro® strap around the thumb and adjust for optimal comfort.
Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
