To determine proper size, stand and slightly bend your leg. Measure the circumference around the largest part of the knee, directly over the patella.

Adjustment: pull up the knee brace and make sure the opening on the knee brace is around the patella (step 1). Adjust the tension by properly attaching the Velcro® straps (step 2). Adjust for comfort. You should be able to bend your knee without blocking blood circulation.
Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
