Directions Children (2-12 years): Chew 1 tablet before consuming lactose containing products. May be taken up to 3 times per day. For children under the age of 6 years: Crush or dissolve dose and mix into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking, do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow tablet whole. Take with or immediately before a meal/food.
Adolescents and Adults (12 years and over): Chew 1-3 tablets before consuming lactose containing products. May be taken up to 3 times per day. Take with or immediately before a meal/food.
Store at or below room temperature (24℃). Keep away from heat.
