RECOMMENDED DOSE: General hygiene: Daily hygiene for adults and children over 2: Use Gentle Mist Nasal Spray in each nostril daily, 2-6 times a day.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Blow your nose to eliminate mucus before using the nasal spray. Place the nozzle at the base of the nostril and press on the spray. Do not insert the nozzle more than ¼ of an inch into the nostril. For children age 2 and over: place the child's head over a sink, slant the child's head forward and turn it to the right. After spraying, repeat the same procedure and turn the child's head to the left. Do not inhale as you spray. Blow your nose after use. Carefully clean the spray nozzle after each use.
