Directions: adults - take 1 packet 1 to 2 times per day. Place contents of packet in glass, add 125 to 175 ml (½ to ¾ cup) of water and stir. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Store between 15-30℃. Protect from heat and moisture.
