DIRECTIONS FOR DAILY USE
1. Drop one POLIDENT FOR RETAINERS cleanser tablet into a container with enough very warm water (not hot) to fully cover the appliance.
2. Soak for 15 minutes. Then brush the appliance with a soft brush after soaking.
3. Rinse the appliance thoroughly under running water for 1 minute before inserting into mouth. Discard solution immediately after use.
