RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults and children (6 years and older) 10ml once a week

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Use after brushing teeth with toothpaste.
2. Swish approximately 10 ml vigorously in the mouth and between the teeth for about 1 minute and then spit out.
3. Do not eat, drink or rinse with water for 30 minutes after use. Instruct children under 12 years of age in the use of the product and in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.

PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. If more than used for rinsing accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre immediately. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dental professional prior to use. Store at room temperature (15-30 °C).
