Directions: Adults and children 18 years and older: Rinse with 10 mL twice a day after brushing. Rinse around teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not dilute, swallow, or drink from the bottle.

If you are taking high doses of Vitamin C (1,000 mg or more per day) ask your doctor before using this product as this may increase your risk of kidney stones.
