Directions Adults and children 6 years and over:
- Do not swallow
- Use twice daily after brushing teeth with toothpaste
- Swish approximately 20 mL of rinse vigorously around and between teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
- Use regularly for lasting sensitivity relief
- Do not eat, drink or rinse with water for 30 minutes after use
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing
- Ask a dentist before using in children under 6 years of age.

WARNINGS STOP USE AND ASK A DENTIST IF symptoms persist or worsen.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. This product contains enough fluoride to seriously harm a child. Child resistant cap available in 250 mL size. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
