Adults and children 6 years and over:
- Do not swallow
- Use up to 4 times daily (after meals and at bedtime) or as directed by a dentist or physician
- Rinse with half a capful (10 ml) for one minute and spit out
- Children 6 to 12 years should be supervised during use
- Ask a dentist or physician before using in children under 6 years of age
- Unless instructed by a dentist or physician, stop after 7 days of continuous use.
