Recommended purpose: source of B vitamins for the maintenance of good health. Helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord). Helps normal growth and development, energy production, the normal function of the immune system, and tissue and red blood cell formation. Helps maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails.
