DOSAGE (Adults): Take one sachet (9.1 g), 1 time per day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water or juice) immediately before consumption. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes.
