One ampoule per day

Dosage: adults, adolescents and children: take 1 ampoule daily. Shake well before use.

To open the ampoule, hold one tip between the thumb and the index finger at the red ring and break the tip with a snap.
Once the first end of the ampoule is broken, place the broken end of the ampoule over a glass and break the second end.
Once the liquid is extracted, mix with a spoon before drinking.

Sealed for safety and freshness. Do not use if ampoule seal is broken. Keep ampoules at room temperature (15-30℃). Keep out of reach of children.

Medicinal ingredient (per ampoule of 10 ml): 1000 mcg of B12 vitamine (cyanocobalamin)
Non-medicinal ingredient (alphabetical): ascorbic acid, citric acid, natural cherry flavor, potassium sorbate, purified water. Sodium benzoate, sucralose.
