Directions - Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Chew 2 gummies daily with a meal. Children 3 - 13 years: Chew 1 gummy daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
