DIRECTIONS: Adults and adolescents (>9 years old): Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Dissolve effervescent tablet in half glass of cold water. Do not swallow the tablets.

CAUTIONS: Store in a cool dry place, avoid from heat and sunlight. Do not use if security seal is broken. Desiccant in cap.
