Directions - Premenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women: Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water once a day. Oral. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
Duration of use: Ask a health care provider for use beyond 1 year. For reduction of menopausal symptom: Use at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. For reduction of BMD loss: Use for at least 6 months to see beneficial effects.
Storage: Keep closed in a dry and cool place, away from light and moisture, at or below 25℃. Keep out of reach of children.
