Directions - Adult Women 50+: Take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store in a cool dry place between 15℃ and 25℃, away from children. Caplet colour variations may occur. This is a result of using natural source ingredients.
