Directions (Adults 19 years and older): Take 1-2 packets daily. Do not exceed 2 packets per day. Shake the packet, rip, and tip directly into mouth. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Store at room temperature (15-25°C). Protect from moisture. Avoid excessive heat and humidity. Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
