Dosage: adults and children 6 and over: 1 tablet 1 time per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Helps to prevent calcium deficiency
Indications: helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, especially in childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. Adequate calcium intake, when combined with vitamin D, a healthy diet, and exercise may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps to maintain normal muscle function. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus.

Medicinal ingredients (each tablet contains):
Calcium (carbonate) 500 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10mcg / 400 IU

Non-medicinal ingredients (in descending order): microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, hypromellose, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, polyethylene glycol, talc, polydextrose, magnesium stearate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium.
