Dosage: One chewable tablet daily, or as directed by your physician. Each tablet contains 500 mg calcium (as 1250 mg calcium carbonate) and 800 IU (20 mcg) Vitamin D (vitamin D₃ as cholecalciferol). As with all calcium supplements avoid using Calcia two (2) hours prior to or until four (4) hours after taking other medications.
