Dosage: One or two chewable tablets daily, or as directed by your physician. Each tablet contains 500 mg elemental calcium (as 1250 mg calcium carbonate) and 400 IU (10 mcg) vitamin D (vitamin D₃ as cholecalciferol). As with all calcium supplements, avoid using Calcia two (2) hours prior to or until four (4) hours after taking other medications.
Store below 25°C.
