1 tablet per day

Directions (menopausal/post menopausal women): Take 1 tablet daily with food for at least 6 months.
Store in a cool dry place below 29°C.

Discontinue use and consult a health care professional if you experience: breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness; recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting. Do not use if you have/had breast cancer or have a predisposition to breast cancer as indicated by abnormal mammogram/biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
