Recommended dose (menopausal and post-menopausal women): take 1 capsule daily, a few hours before or after medication or natural health products. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks before beneficial effects are seen. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant; if you currently have or previously had breast cancer, breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram or biopsy, or if you have a family member with breast cancer.
