Directions - Adults: As an antioxidant, take 1 capsule daily; To support mood balance, take 2 capsules daily; To support sexual health, take 3 capsules daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Menopausal and post-menopausal women only: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Store between 15℃ and 25℃, away from children.
