Use for 3+ months

Dosage: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times per day. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or before use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
