Recommended dose (Adults): Take one tablespoon (15 mL), two times per day. Deposits may occur; it will not affect the quality of the product. Shake well before using. To ensure an increase of the amount of urine, adequate fluid intake is required during usage.

Recommended dose (Adults): Take one capsule, two times per day, with a glass of water.

INTESTINES
Recommended dose (Adolescents 12-17 years and Adults 18 years and older): Take two tablets at bedtime. Take two to three times per week.
