Dosage: adults: take 2 capsules 3 times per day, with a meal, two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Physical performance, fatigue: take 2-4 hours prior to exercise.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a liver or kidney disease, or a seizure disorder, or if you are taking blood thinners. May cause abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, indigestion and/or diarrhea.
