Dosage -Adults:
Take 1-2 capsules once a day at bedtime.
Keep out of reach of children.

Duration of use : Consult a healthcare practitioner after four weeks of use.
Store in a cool, dry place.

WARNINGS : Consult a healthcare practitioner if the symptoms persist or worsen, or if the insomnia persists for more than three weeks (chronic insomnia). Combining the product with alcohol or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking any of the following medications: anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, immunosuppressants, blood pressure medications, sedatives, hypnotics, psychotropics, or steroids, or if you suffer from any of the following conditions: asthma, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, immune disease, migraines, hormonal disorder, coagulation disorder, or epilepsy.
