Dosage -adults:
Take 1-2 capsules once a day at bedtime.
Keep out of reach of children.

Duration of use : consult a healthcare practitioner after four weeks of use.

WARNINGS : Consult a healthcare practitioner if the symptoms persist or worsen, or if the insomnia persists for more than three weeks (chronic insomnia). Combining the product with alcohol or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS : Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or a motorized vehicle, or if performing activities that require alertness within two hours of taking the product. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, cramping) may occur; if this happens, discontinue use. A hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) may occur; if this happens, discontinue use.
