Dosage - Adults (oral): 2 ml, once daily, at or before bedtime. May be diluted in a glass of water. Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while traveling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraines, or seizure disorders. Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you take one of the following medications: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and/or rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
