Dosage: Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 or 2 capsules one time per day.

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are pregnant. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if allergy occurs.
