Dosage: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime, as needed.

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
