Dosage: Adults: Take 2 tea spoons (10 ml) once a day, at or before bedtime. For jet lag, take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.

Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks, if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.
Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.
Helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag.
Passionflower is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress.
