DOSAGE: Adults, adolescents and children (1 year and older): Take 1 to 2 capsule(s) 1 time per day. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix content into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow capsule whole. Do not mix with hot food or hot beverages. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after antibiotics.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days.
