DOSAGE: Adults, adolescents and children (1 year and older): Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix content into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking, do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow capsule whole. Do not mix with hot food or hot beverages.
