Directions - Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Store between 15℃ and 25℃, away from children. Refrigerate for maximum potency and freshness.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days, or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
