Dosage: adolescent (12 years & older) and adults: take one capsule twice a day at breakfast and at dinner. Direction of use: take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep at room temperature.
