DOSAGE: Adolescent (12 years & older) and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

DIRECTION OF USE: Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep at room temperature.
