DIRECTIONS (Serving Size: 2 Gummies): Adults (18yrs and older): Chew 2 gummies. Take two servings per day. Reduce daily dosage if temporary gas or bloating occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic. Take with 250 ml of water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Store at room temperature.
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, contact your doctor or a Poison Control Centre. Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a doctor before using if you are taking medication (especially immune suppressing drugs), if you are pregnant/nursing or if you have diabetes. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps). You may experience temporary changes in bowel habits as you begin probiotic supplement intake.
