DIRECTIONS: Adults and children over 7: For children (7-12 years) application should be supervised by an adult; seek medical advice before using the product. Shake the roll-on well before applying to painful muscles or joints (back, neck, shoulders, elbows wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet etc.). Up to 3 times per day. The massage roller ball is ideal for massaging painful areas to temporarily relieve ache. You can always use more of the product and finish with a manual massage. Wash hands after use.

Stop use if hypersensitivity, rashes and/or burning discomfort occur. Store in airtight, light-resistant container at room temperature.
