Dosage: Adults: Take 2 to 6 capsules daily, with a meal. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place below 25℃. Sealed for your protection.
Use for at least 2-3 months to see beneficial effect. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if you experience gastrointestinal adverse effects. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma or peptic ulcer disease, if you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time. Do not use this product if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have diarrhea or hemorrhagic diseases or hypermenorrhea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods. Stop use if diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, digestive troubles (dyspepsia), nausea or vomiting occur. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness.
