Directions Adults 18 years and olders: Use one bag per cup water, 3 times a day. Pour boiling water and allow to steep for 5-6 minutes. May reduce iron, calcium, magnesium, and some drugs absorption, it is recommanded to space out the administration of these substances by at least 2 hours.
Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
