CONTRAINDICATIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have anaemia or if you have gallstones. Do not use with alcohol or other sedatives, including benzodiazepine. Do not use if you are allergic to the asteracae/compositae family, such as arnica, marigolds and yarrow or if you are allergic to anethole or plants of Apiaceae/carrot family or fennel bitter. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity to chamomile and bitter fennel (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
